I’m John Flovin, I’m the Director of Operation at Daniels Graphics here in Asheville, NC.

We’ve been a customer of ITU AbsorbTech for about three and a half years.  Before ITU AbsorbTech, we had gone through a couple of different people. It had always been kind of a tough relationship with service, quality of the product, and we had a lot of problems with metal shavings in the rags which would damage our plates.

It was through a program through the Printing Industries of the Carolinas where they actually recommend your services.

The obvious advantage of working with ITU AbsorbTech was to be able to get the product that we really wanted – the Large Printer Towels were not available basically by any other company.

The other thing that we really like was the environmental factor of how you clean your towels and being able to  get that report back because we try to be good stewards of the environment.

We have an old cutter that leaks hydraulic fluid and we have a safety issue with that getting on the floor. With the new absorbents that has really cleaned that up, and it’s a much safer environment.

If I had a colleague, competitor, or anybody that was interested in using your services I would recommend them wholeheartedly. As a matter of fact, I have recommended you to another local printer here in Asheville.

It’s the whole package, really. Safety, the environment, getting the right product and a high quality product, and the service has been absolutely fabulous. The service guys, they come in, they make sure we’re well taken care of, if we have any issues, which we really haven’t had any, they’re always asking if there’s anything else we can do. They always check, if they’ve changed out service guys they come around with the old one and introduce them so we always know what’s going on and that’s been a big benefit.
