I would like to take a moment to share with you and your staff at ITU AbsorbTech.
Some feedback, I have been with the A.L. SCHUTZMAN Co for 30 years and have been in charge with all the smocks, rugs, and mops, and all I have to say is I can’t tell you a time that I needed to call or talk to anyone about not being happy with your service. There isn’t a time that Rick walks into our plant without a smile on his face a good morning and a sincere how is everything.
Rick has worked very hard to keep up with our ever-changing needs and we have a lot like more rugs for our foot wash stations, more mops and always making sure our smocks are up to our standard without being asked to do so. So with that being said, it is truly evident that Rick takes a lot of pride in his job doing whatever is needed to keep our company satisfied. One again this is a perfect example of ITU AbsorbTech taking care of our ever changing needs.
