Prior to using ITU AbsorbTech for the first aid program, we had high monthly bills for product. After a couple of spot checks on the first aid cabinets, we found not only an overstock on materials but also some outdated products in the cabinets.

Dennis is willing to help me find the right products as specified by my customers. For example, we recently had to switch over from the standard band-aids to the metal detectable. Dennis made that a quick and easy transition. He also monitored our use so that we could appropriately stock this change in supply.

Dennis does a well-controlled and timely job for us. We have things all set on the frequency of visits as well as the level of supply. I don’t have to monitor him or the job that he is doing…a big time saver.

We are compliant with all of our customer requests at this time. Making sure that we have all we need for the employees is important and I don’t recall ever being asked to get more or anything different…
