The first aid company that we used before was not changing out expired items. An ISO auditor issued us a non-conformance for this issue. ITU AbsorbTech took over the account and we haven’t had any issues with expired items since then. The boxes are always cleaned and organized.

The customer service that ITU AbsorbTech provides is outstanding. The rep that services our account is friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. ITU AbsorbTech’s first aid service is a very good company to work with and I would recommend them to any other company.
