South Carolina Chamber of Commerce Honors ITU AbsorbTech for a Successful 2017 Safety Record

The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce honored ITU AbsorbTech for a successful safety record in 2017.

“We are committed to our Safety Culture here in Piedmont and proud to be recognized by the great state of South Carolina,” says Anthony Merchant, Piedmont Production Manager.

The ITU AbsorbTech Piedmont, South Carolina facility has achieved 10 years without a lost time incident, and they are expecting to reach 11 years this September.

“Piedmont deserves the recognition,” says Jerry Chapman, Safety Manager at ITU AbsorbTech. “Day in and day out they work together as a team to provide a safe work environment and are always looking for opportunities to improve.”
