ITU AbsorbTech has earned the prestigious ATD BEST® Award in 2017, 2016, and 2014, and the Excellence in Practice Award in 2015. HR Director, Heather Chung, outlines ITU AbsorbTech’s key strategic initiatives that contributed to its success as one of the top companies in the world for workplace learning.

New Berlin, WI – On October 5, 2017, ITU AbsorbTech was presented with its third ATD BEST Award in Washington, DC, ranking 20th among the 40 international award winners. Winners also included well-known names such as IBM, Verizon, and Cigna.
The BEST Awards are the talent development industry’s most rigorous and coveted recognition. The BEST Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate enterprise-wide success through talent development.

ITU AbsorbTech competed against nearly 175 organizations from 11 countries. Every organization submitted quantitative and qualitative information to ATD about their talent development practices and programs. Applications were assessed in a blind review by members of the BEST Awards advisory committee, a select group of experts in the field.
