The annual Next Generation Manufacturing Summit, presented by BizTimes Media, featured an exciting interactive discussion with chief executive officers of southeastern Wisconsin companies. The CEOs shared their companies’ best operational strategies and discuss their solutions for competing in a global marketplace

ITU AbsorbTech president and CEO Jim Leef participated in the 2017 panel.  In the panel, each CEO had a chance to talk about continuous improvement, supply chain management, sustainability and finding and developing talent.

“It was interesting to hear from the other companies,” says Leef. “While we are very different in many ways, we all face issues that are the same.”
