ITU AbsorbTech named a 2025 Top Workplace
We’re proud to share that ITU AbsorbTech has been named a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplace for 2025—for the sixth year in a row! This recognition reflects the incredible culture our employees create every day, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
The award is based entirely on feedback from our New Berlin team, gathered anonymously by a third-party survey. More than 85% of employees participated, offering honest input about what it’s like to work here—what’s working well and where we can keep growing.
The results? Clear and consistent themes: our people feel trusted, supported, empowered, and proud of the work we do together.
