If I was to use one word it would be SERVICE.

With our old program we really had no service issues. The reason for going with ITU AbsorbTech was pricing. What we did find out after changing companies was that ITU AbsorbTech met or exceeded our expectations. They did not skip a beat. The staff and employees were courteous and willing to do what was needed. The delivery associate was more than accommodating in helping our associates out when asked.

I particularly like the hands on approach that ITU AbsorbTech takes. They just don’t drop off the product. They make sure everything is put away and they communicate really well. The driver and the account rep are always contacting us to make sure we are satisfied with their service. I get documentation on the amount of solvent that is recycled which is used as an extra in our plants recycling program.  Their program lets us prove compliance with Federal, State and Corporate rules and regulations.

If I was to use one word it would be SERVICE. I believe that they take service very seriously. The delivery driver takes a lot of pride in what he does and follows all our safety rules. The account rep is always in contact making sure our service is meeting or exceeding expectations. They do quarterly reviews to make sure we are satisfied.
