They are always checking in with us to see how things are going and ask good questions to help offer solutions for possible upcoming projects or concerns. We had a jacket quantity issue and kept running out of jackets. Matt did an audit for the next several weeks to see what the issue was. We found that the employees had not been turning in jackets so we were running short every week. We then were able to put in place a control plan for the issue of jackets.
