ITU AbsorbTech Awarded for Exceptional Service Excellence by Envita Solutions
ITU AbsorbTech is honored to be the inaugural recipient of the Envita Solutions’ Service Excellence Award.
This award recognizes ITU AbsorbTech’s outstanding commitment to Service Excellence to Envita customers through innovative waste reduction solutions, including SorbIts® reusable absorbents and Ultra™ Shop Towels.

The Service Excellence Award honors a supplier partner who continuously provides exceptional work and service. It’s based on evaluations that monitor quality, on-time service, professionalism, and cost savings ideation paired with zero quality, safety, or performance issues.
This award reflects ITU AbsorbTech’s commitment to Genuine Service Excellence. Key elements of their managed service program include:
- Teamwork: Customers are assigned a dedicated Genuine Service Excellence team to manage their accounts. The Account Executive, District Manager, Route Manager, and Route Service & Sales Representative work together to deliver exceptional service.
- Fully managed program: Clean SorbIts® are delivered to designated point-of-use stations in customer facilities on a regular schedule, with soiled absorbents picked up and laundered at ITU AbsorbTech’s ISO 14001 facilities. ITU AbsorbTech service team members proactively manage inventory, ensuring customers always have an available supply for their production floors.
- Ongoing training & support: ITU AbsorbTech provides comprehensive support, including the installation and maintenance of staging areas, end-user training, reporting, and regular in-person program reviews.

With a national industry average ranging between 30 and 60, ITU AbsorbTech’s consistent scores in the upper 90s highlight a strong dedication to exceeding customer expectations and continuously improving services.
