Regular inspection of your ITU AbsorbTech First Aid cabinets helps your facility with OSHA and ANSI compliance. Please use this form to inspect your first aid supplies.

How to Order:

• Print and take the order form to each first aid cabinet.
• Use the order form to check if each item is currently represented, and with the proper quantity.
• If any ITU AbsorbTech first aid item (package) is missing or less than half full, please order replacement stock.
• Check any item that has an expiration date (highlighted in green on your order form) to ensure no expired items stay in your ITU AbsorbTech first aid cabinet.
• If an item is expired, please discard and order replacement stock.
• Scan and email your order form to your rep.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.
