We have been with ITU AbsorbTech for 3 years. Chad R is our Route Service & Sales Representative. HIGHLY RECOMMEND both company and Chad!!! We were with Aramark for 20+ years prior to ITU AbsorbTech. The difference in company policies and service is so dramatic. Aramark – last 3 years of contract, uniforms – would be submitted multiple times to be fixed, wouldn’t get completely cleaned, and every other month was a rate increase. ITU AbsorbTech – The first 2 years of service was great. The company stood by their word. The rates have continued to be what the contract stated. Last year we had a total loss fire, and that is where the company shined. They worked with us, gave us time, figured out what we needed and modified our inventory until we were back up. Chad has taken an interest in our business, and given accurate suggestions on things to add/remove from our inventory/supply. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
