Exceptional Service! Having over three decades of experience in manufacturing, printing, book binding, etc., I’ve worked with quite a few laundry service providers. ITU AbsorbTech is hands down the BEST company I’ve ever used to supply shop towels, floor mats, etc. The customer service provided is above and beyond; they truly are a ‘business partner’. Their staff makes the difference: Shane, our local representative, is always professional, ready to address any concerns and offer solutions, all with a smile (let’s not leave out Dave, who supports Shane occasionally).
