ITU AbsorbTech Welcomes David Armstrong as our New Chief Financial Officer
February 2025 – ITU AbsorbTech is pleased to announce David Armstrong as our new Chief Financial Officer, effective February 10, 2025. With over 20 years of experience in finance and business leadership, David has a proven track record of improving processes, leveraging technology, and driving sustainable growth.
As a key member of the Strategic Growth Team, David will oversee all financial activities for ITU AbsorbTech, including Accounting, Billing, and IT. His expertise in accounting, forecasting, and analytics will help support the company’s long-term success. A strategic thinker and problem solver, David is committed to fostering collaboration and driving positive change in a structured, thoughtful way.
“I’m excited about the different aspects of this role. I love digging into the numbers, uncovering the history, and turning insights into action,” said David.
David holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant. Before joining ITU AbsorbTech he served as CFO of a global manufacturing company. Drawn to the company’s Business Tenets and strong family-owned culture, he values the sense of belonging shared by employees.
Outside of work, David and his wife enjoy spending time with their family. David also enjoys cycling, kayaking, traveling, and exploring different cultures around the world.
