ITU AbsorbTech Acquires American First Aid, Expands Managed First Aid Programs in Western Pennsylvania
ITU AbsorbTech Inc., a leader in cleaner and safer solutions for industry, is pleased to announce the acquisition of American First Aid, a first aid supplier based in Conneaut Lake, PA. This acquisition, which was finalized on October 28, 2024, marks another step in ITU AbsorbTech’s commitment to expanding its managed First Aid programs.
American First Aid was a family-owned business with 35 years of providing first aid solutions. Through this acquisition, ITU AbsorbTech will enhance its ability to serve businesses across western Pennsylvania, offering solutions that address safety and compliance.

ITU AbsorbTech first introduced its managed first aid programs in 2003 at its headquarters in New Berlin, WI. Since then, the program has grown to serve customers in Wisconsin, northern Illinois, western Pennsylvania, and the Detroit area.
