ITU AbsorbTech named a 2023 Top Workplace

ITU AbsorbTech has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for the fourth consecutive year.

The Top Workplaces program is Southeast Wisconsin’s most prestigious recognition of the region’s best employers. It recognizes businesses that offer the flexibility, training, leadership, and support workers need to get ahead.

ITU AbsorbTech was evaluated based on a comprehensive employee survey conducted by a third-party research company. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection.
