When we collect information
We collect personal information from you when you fill out a form on our website. The information we collect may include your name, title, company name, job function, expertise, postal address, telephone number, and/or email address.
We also collect browsing history each time you visit our website. This includes your browser and device information.
How we use your information
Forms are used to request information about our products or services. They are also used to opt-in to receive our email communications.
Required form fields (indicated with a star) are used to effectively follow-up with your inquiry. Some fields are optional and are included so that we can better understand your business needs.
If you fill out a form on our website, your personal information may be stored in our Microsoft Dynamics database. This information is also made available to some of our personnel (shared via email) so we may more effectively engage with you.
If you opt-in to receive our email communications, your personal information may also be stored in our ActiveCampaign email database. More details are provided below in the CAN-SPAM Act section.
How to Opt-Out
If you do not wish for us to have your personal information stored in our database, please do not fill out any of the forms on our website.

If you use private browsing as described below, you can provide us your information without making your past browsing activity available to us.

We use a firewall and regular malware scanning. We do not use an SSL certificate because we never ask for private information like credit card numbers or social security numbers.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety.
Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include third-party links on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Third party platforms (Social Media)
Our customers have the option to connect their accounts to various supported Third-Party Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn. This Policy does not cover any information or other content you can view on Third-Party Platforms. We cannot take responsibility for the content or privacy policies of any Third-Party Platforms. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any Third-Party Platforms you access via our site or services.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, and gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them.
We may collect your email address in order to:
- Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
- Market to our mailing list or send emails to our customers
In order to be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:
- Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
- Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
- Include the physical address of our business.
- Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
